- My favorite hiit cardio timed sessions that Ive used and have done to not only sweat my face off and make gains in a short amount of time but still end up sore

- You'll need access to a loud speaker, lots of space anywhere in the house or outside to get to work!
- You'll also need a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a glute band ( If you need a glute band I got you, I have some limited edition bands ready for you in the glute tab up at the top!! )

- Detailed descriptions for all of the exercises included in the program (Includes reps, sets and amount of time you'll perform a certain circuit)
- Video demonstrations will be available via instagram using one hashtag per workout
- This plan includes a months worth of of exercises. 2 full body hiit sessions, 1 upper body and 1 lower body. It'll be split up to where you do a full body hiit session in between the lower and upper body sessions.
