How to get creative with your workouts and make them fun, quick and effective
You'll need access to a bluetooth speaker to play some jams, lots of space anywhere in your home or where ever you decide to train at to put in work!
You'll need some dumbbells, a kettlebell and a Glute Band ( If you need some Glute Bands I have some available in the Glute Band tap up at the top)

This plan includes a months worth of exercises. 4 workouts in a week and they can be broken down how ever you'd like. You can split them up and do one workout a week with the current workout split you are following or you could do all 4 workouts back to back in a week! Whatever you prefer!

Difference between Full Body Vol. Uno and this Vol. Dos is the Vol. Uno has each workout split into muscle groups with two full body circuit training workouts a week while Vol. Dos on the other hand is full body circuits every day of the week.
