You'll need access to a loud speaker, lots of space anywhere in the house or outside to get to work!
You'll also need a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a glute band ( If you need a glute band I got you, I have some limited edition bands ready for you in the glute tab up at the top!! )

This plan includes a months worth of of exercises. 2 full body hiit sessions, 1 upper body and 1 lower body. It'll be split up to where you do a full body hiit session in between the lower and upper body sessions.
